I've now implemented the update function, currently it only updates from
a collection called 'test', both those packages are in it. Next I will
put more functions on the web interface ie making collections & stuff.

I will add a config option to have collections based on the order,
e.g.
collection:first,second,third
will mean it will look at second if the first doesn't have the file
and so forth.
e.g.
collection:first,second,third
will mean it will look at second if the first doesn't have the file
