Please find below the link to the missed call spreadsheet:
As you are all members of the BPAC Action Team Google Group, you should automatically have access to the spreadsheet.
Within the spreadsheet, look for your name in the 5th column "Person Responsible"; you should have 10 numbers assigned to you; if by chance you can't find your name, please reply back to me and I will assign you 10 numbers.
At this point this is the list of volunteers who have numbers assigned to them:

- Abinay Rao

- Mahesh Basavarajappa

As this email is being sent to the entire BPAC Action Team group, if your name is not in this list and you wish to help out with the remaining unassigned missed calls, please reply back and I will assign numbers to you.
If by chance you call a person from the list and they only speak Kannada, inform them that another person from your team will call them back, mark this accordingly within column H of the spreadsheet as "KANNADA SPEAKING", move on to the next number in your list, and the "Kannada Experts" will follow up and call them instead.
Please use the guide below when calling the people within the list (NOTE: please use this as a guide as we want to make this call more of a conversation rather than a strict script; making it more of a conversation will help us come across as more personable)
Introduce yourself and and say you are a volunteer from BPAC and you are calling in response to their inquiry at the BPAC website.
Ask why they registered on the website. Do they have any questions they would like to ask.
If the want to know more about BPAC you can summarize as done below: Use your own words.
"Bangalore Political Action Committee (B.PAC) was established to spearhead the drive towards clean, competent, and responsible governance at every level in Bangalore. It’s originators are some of the best known and respected names in the city’s daily life, including Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Mohandas Pai, K Jairaj and many more."
Some of our long term goals are to try to build a safer Bangalore, with better infrastructure and cleaner city that will attract investors and make Bangalore a coveted place to be in.
We are currently working towards spreading awareness about voter registration process, background information on the candidates standing for election.
In the future we will work towards endorsing candidates that are educated, forward thinking, smart and philanthropic individuals that are sincerely committed to improving conditions in bangalore.
I figure if they registered at our website then they already know about it so no need to tell them about the website.
However you can mention that we are on Twitter and on Facebook as well.

www.citizenmatters.in Citizen Matters website has details regarding all 28 sitting MLAs. We have through Daksh created a performance scorecard for each MLA and details of their declared assets.
Shortly we will also put out analysis of affidavits and criminal records etc.... That is why they should register with us.
They can become informed citizens and make informed choices.
Please try to get their personal and not corporate email address.
Ask if they would like to be members of BPAC and receive updates from us via email. Or if they are willing to do a little bit more and become a volunteer.

In the www.ceokarnataka.kar.nic.in website, there is a tag that isView electoral rolls in
pdf (17/04/2013)
If you click here, you are lead to Final Roll 2013 - PDF version which in turn leads you to a list of all districts in Karnataka. Find Bangalore and this leads you to the four major regions within Bangalore.

Hi All,
I just wanted to follow up and check if y'all were able to work with
the missed call spreadsheet and actually tackle a few of the numbers
assigned to you?
Are any of y'all facing issues with the spreadsheet? If so, please
reply back and hopefully we can sort it out quickly.
As of now I only see that Mahesh has updated the google docs
spreadsheet; for those of you who are unable to access the google docs
spreadsheet, please find attached a soft copy; you can refer to the
numbers assigned to you and then send back your updates and I will
update the spreadsheet on Google Docs.

We are trying to bring out a newsletter for B.PAC asap. I have already put my thoughts down and it needs a young and bubbly addition to it! If I could have a few paras from each of you, I will edit it and make a really nice collage of writing from the Action Team!

Hello All,
I was just reviewing the missed calls spread sheet and Sumit, Anabel, Amrita, Faizal, Ishan, Abinay, Suja, Shwetha, Anand, Inder, Sandeep and Pai have not updated the list. Can you guys please email and let us know if you have run into any problems. Please let us know if you can't make the calls so we can appoint somebody else. I'll do a few more calls at the bottom of the list and update.
