Confirmation of Volunteers for Missed Calls

Hi All,

It was great meeting all of y'all this evening! After doing a bit of clean up with the Missed Call list, the entire list of 463 has come down to a total of 226 (removing duplicates) of which only 170 numbers remain uncalled; So this is a far more manageable list than the previous version.

Now of the 19 people that attended today's meeting I will list out the people that are excluded from this missed call duty; if you have wrongly been excluded from this duty and are indeed available to help out, please reply back and I will assign numbers to you; Even if you haven't been mentioned in the exclusion list below and still want to help out with missed call duties, please reply back and I will assign you a set of numbers; Everyone else not mentioned below (as per TODAY's attendance sheet) will get a set of numbers assigned to them within the Google Docs Spreadsheet (I will share the link once people reply and confirm accordingly, as I do not want a duplication of effort, by prematurely assigning numbers to people who have not confirmed)

3. Manas - Flash Mob and other responsibilities
4. Sujeet - Flash Mob and other responsibilities
5. Sujata - already called - will get finished list from Sharath / Sairam
6. Prashant - Website duties
7. Safeera - already called
8. Sandeep - already called
9. Sumit - already have numbers assigned - in the process of finishing list
10. Jay - already called
11. Sharath - already has enough and more responsibilities

At this point that leaves us with 10 missed call volunteers (please confirm):

6. Abinay Rao
7. Swetha S - Kannada expert
8. Vinay RS - Kannada expert
9. Sairam Yeturi - Kannada expert

This is including the 4 Kannada experts, who will have to help out with normal non-Kannada calls also, or it would leave the 6 non-Kannada speakers with 28 calls each, which might get to be a bit unmanageable; with 10 volunteers in total, this leaves us with 17 calls per person. If this seems to be a bit much, feel free to inbox me with more volunteer names who are free and willing to help out with missed call duties.

Why don't we add Suja Warrier and Mahesh to this list?I don't know how convenient it is for Mahesh since he is out of the country but he sweetly made an offer......Suja can mobilse one or two more. Mahesh already lined up few more people.

Just assign the numbers... and explain the script....

I agree, let the 4 Kannada speaking folks take on a few English ones first....

Sure Revathy; sorry but could you please send me Suja Warrier and Mahesh's email address? Then if Suja Warrier has a few more volunteers to recommend we can get it from her; I have asked Safeera to help me with finalizing a draft of the script. We will send it to you some time tomorrow for your review / input.

What I can do for now is since we can anticipate a few more volunteers joining, I will assign 10 numbers to each of the 10 confirmed volunteers, and that way once the script is confirmed tomorrow they can start with the 10 assigned calls. As and when we get more volunteers or confirmed volunteers finish their set of 10 we can add a few more numbers in their name. That way things can start rolling rather than waiting to finalize the list of volunteers.
