Paul Smith showcased their 2013
Spring Summer Womens Runway
Collection with French artist
Jean-Paul Goude as their
inspiration. The graphic use of
mixed matched colors and
textures reflected Goude’s
playful aesthetic. Masculine
styles were fused with a
feminine twist through fluid
fabrics such as wool crepe, silk
sable, crepe-de-chine, georgette
and lace. Geometric stripes came
into view as bright colors and
saturated hues balanced it out.
Take note of a midriff effect
through color blocking multi
paneled fabrics and unique
angled stripes silhouettes. From
the presentation, we select only
the top looks and our favorite
pieces.
