[boycott-starforce] Does the Steam version of ToCA Race Driver 3 include Starforce?

to Boycott Starforce
Almost all games, including all Codemasters and all 1C Company games
that had Starforce, remove it in the Steam version but for ToCA I am
not quite sure. Any knowledge regarding this?
