Look for new homepage

Now I have two homepages:

http://notabdc.vip.sina.com/ (main)
http://www.freewebs.com/gamesolver/ (mirror)

The first one is running well, but if I point domain name
"www.puzzle007.net" to it, access is denied.
The second one is blocked by "The Great Fire Wall" (if you don't known
what it is, google it), and is out-of-date.

Please suggest me suitable place that is:
(1) free
(2) no banner or popup ads
(3) can be bind to domain name
(4) (important) Not in china
(5) (important) not blocked by "The Great Fire Wall"
(6) (optional) support FTP

try google page creator, it meets 1,2,4,5, for 3 you have to try yourself.

Google page is a good site, but I don't know how to upload my
customized top page. The default web based page creator can't create
pages meet my desired effect.

For right now, the webpage has to under googlepage's framework (i.e
created by page creator), but it did provide some fancy stuff to
include third party gadget (xml format). Instead of finding a way to
walk around, I guess it is easier to just adapt your page to its
format if you don't have too many pages to host.
