This is a bug fix version.
In previous version, when optimizing some solutions, a message box
saying "This step of optimization failed
because of special situation. Please report to author." will occur
several times. Now this is fixed.
Special thanks to Ralf Feierabend, he send me a detail level list
about this bug.
