Hello Boxart Denizens,

The month of August is grinding along and I am still getting acclimated to my new PC.

It took a while to get this week's Free Download formatted to my liking.

So, without further ado, we present this weeks boxart for your approval and enjoyment.

I do not remember where this came from, but if anyone has this kit in their stash I would like a better scan of it.

This week's FD is the 1968 art that Revell used for their 1/25 scale kit, the VW 3 in 1 Volkswagen Type 1, Beetle.

The Type 1 was in production from 1938 until 2003.

At one time they were everywhere, now you rarely see one on the road.

I selected a handful of images of the Beetle for your viewing pleasure.
