Our 2018 Build Up Bowie campaign to raise funds for our library will be winding down soon!
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO REACH OUR GOALS!! Ms. Persyn has a great long term vision for the library that will create a useful and comfortable space for all of our students.

ADMINISTRATION REQUEST
Bowie Administration, in an effort to improve security at Bowie, is seeking the donation of an electric golf cart that can be used to better monitor the school grounds. If anyone has a golf cart to donate or has a connection to a source who might be able to donate, please contact Katie Gilman at katie....@austinisd.org.

Senior Parents Donations of Items and Time Needed
The Class of 2018 Boosters- Project Graduation needs your help! We host After School Food Sales for two weeks at Bowie beginning March 19th. We need volunteers for a short time at the end of the school day and drink and candy donations. Snack donations can be delivered to the Bowie Front Office. Thank you, Parents! Project Graduation is Wednesday, May 30th at High 5 in Lakeway

This is a traditional fun all-nighter for graduates to celebrate the end of high school with their friends in a safe environment. If you have any questions, please visit our 2018 Project Graduation website here.
We are rolling along with over 100 students signed up! Tickets/Membership for Project Graduation is $135. After April 6, 2018, tickets/membership are $150.

Baldwin Elementary is looking for the 2017-2018 graduating seniors who attended Baldwin the first year we opened. We have started planning a special afternoon to celebrate our first graduating class and we need to get in touch with the students. Vision & Voice Addition…
We would like to add to earlier news that Talia Hanley, Sophomore, received an Honorable Mention for her poem in the school district’s Vision and Voice competition. The winning poems will be paired with artwork by an ACC students and be turned into posters that will be displayed all throughout the district and on ACC campuses. Bulldogs Ride to First!
The Bowie Bulldogs Mountain Bike team competed in their second race of the season in Comfort, Texas over the spring break holiday and came away with an overall FIRST PLACE win, competing against teams from all over the state. Individual winners from our team include: Retta Johnson, 1st place, sophomore girls; Clara Ramsay, 3rd place, JV girls;
Alexis Bobbitt, 1st place, varsity girls. Aidan Ruth, 3rd place, sophomore boys; Ethan Wood, 4th place, sophomore boys; Logan Poore, 2nd place, JV boys 2; Conner Chatham, 4th place, varsity boys.

Boys & Girls Soccer: The Bowie Boys and Girls soccer programs will hold a camp for incoming freshman in the evenings at Austin Soccer Academy June 4-7. Register at www.dawgsoccer.com
