I saw a lady walking a dog like this last week.
If you know her pass on the info
Found 3-5lbs Chihuahua darting across Center and Vine. Scared but sweet, likes to be held. No microchip, Dominion Animal Hospital will keep for today. They’re working with Fairfax County Animal Shelter as well.
