Festival, one of the crown jewels of the east coast experimental
cultural scene. An amazing, sprawling avant-garde music festival that
would be unusual in any city in the world, High Zero concentrates
unusual music from Baltimore and connects it with musicians from
around the world, who come to the festival for all new collaborations
with Baltimore's fertile experimental scene.
