Main features included with this version are :
* Timestamp for Bracket Sheet reports
* Export Bracket Sheet reports to individual files
* Don't allow an entry to be deleted from the Master List tab if the
entry is in a group (you need to remove the entry from the group first
via the Group List tab)
* Team Summary report more tolerant of spaces after commas in
classification configuration
