This is a bug-fix release, so no new features.
* Fixed a bug where the bouts for a group were not correct after
removing a wrestler from a group. The bug was only present if the
wrestler being removed was NOT the lowest (last) seeded wrestler AND
the group was a bracket (not round robin).
