The 27th annual Lewis and Clark Festival kicks-off with a black powder salute by the Lewis and Clark Honor Guard and a short ceremony with Bob Kelly. Bluegrass in the Park features Grant and Lee, Two Bit Franks and the Lewis and Clark Bluegrass Expedition at the band shell. Concessions are available. Tickets cost $20 in advance or $25 the day of.
