Almost certainly yes, but I haven't been there for a few months. There
are definitely plants for sale at the Carrboro farmer's market. You

In addition to Stone Bros and the Farmers Market, Barnes on 9th Street
is also a source for starts. Lots of nurseries in Raleigh and south.
Also, Southern States & 5th Season in Carrboro. Surprisingly, many
garden stores in the area seem to get their starter plants from the
same company as Lowe's.... You may want to just start your own...
