to Bounce Framework

I was thinking of working on a PR to get Bounce on .NET Core, as well as a general feature update. Any preference on how you'd prefer a .NET Core implementation to look like?

Hi Jonathon,

You’ve done great work on this so far on this, and I haven’t done a lot of .Net work in recent years so my requirements for this project have diminished somewhat, would you like to maintain the project going forward?

I’ll be happy to transfer ownership of the git repo and give access to the NuGet package.
