December 1st also marks one of my favorite holidays, the start of
Advent of Code: 25
puzzles throughout December that you can solve by programming in whatever way you choose. Learn to code, learn a new language, invent your own language, or anything in between. WIth several supportive online communities it's like collective solitaire. I'm doing it in PostScript this year. "Geek out about programming" is a game we can totally play this month.
