B360 signup spreadsheet and preliminary maps

Hello faithful volunteers!

The route map is close enough to complete that we can start to sign up
for sections now. (Kathy, the B360 is going along the piece that you
did last year, so you may want to sign up along there.)

The B180 splits into four sections. If you have time, it would make
sense to combine the first two or the last two for a loop. The middle
two sections are also part of the B360 route. It would also make sense
to combine the middle two to take the B360 and B180 stencils out
together.

Here's links to the two routes in mapmyride. I have yet to go over the
details with the City, so **don't print this yet** - there may be minor
changes. mapmyride allows an export to a gpx file now, so if you are
GPS enabled, that will make things easy to follow.

I plan to have the maps finalized and materials at the shop by Friday
afternoon, so we can all start painting this weekend (signing won't
happen until Fri May 31). I'll let the group know as soon as the maps
are final and the materials are available.

Here's two docs that explain in detail how to paint and sign. If you're
new to our merry troupe these will explain how this works.

Hi Ann~ I signed up for the following:  Colorado at 28th St (verify paint & not sign) to where 360 meets with 180 in open space, east of 55th. I think that is part of what I did last year; I think you signed up for part of what I had also done. If you don't get enough help, I'm happy to do more. I signed up for things I did last year, or at least what I remember
doing. :-) Note the routes are different each year, so don't go by last
year's maps. Also there are four tabs in the sheet; you signed up for
sign hanging. I want to keep the signs section on campus for myself,
because it's tricky.

Any chance you could paint a section too? I'm happy to switch painting
sections if you want to do the one I signed up for. I've got a couple
of people who will sign but not paint, so I need more help there.

Hi Ann:
I put myself down for signing one of those northern sections that I have
done before. What's the earliest we can do signs?

I'm tied up with work til the 28th but then pretty available. If you have
time that week we could go paint together... Next week may have some
options as well.

Can you go out on the 28th?  I'm free that day.  Or after work on the 29th -31st.

The painting materials will arrive at the shop on Friday.  Painting can start this weekend. 
Anyone wanna go paint with me on Sunday?

Signing can start Friday the 31st and must finish by Saturday the 1st at noon. 
I'll shoot out an email when I have signing materials at the shop.

I will be going to the newcomers meeting you are holding on May 22. At that time, I'll pick dates and times for hanging the signs, unless you need to know before then, which would be fine, too.
