Hi Folks,

The painting materials are all at the shop.  We can start painting now!

I have plenty of people signed up for sign hanging, but we need more painters.  In case you missed it, there are several tabs on our spreadsheet.  Look at the bottom of the spreadsheet and click on 'paint'.  That will display the tab for painting sections.

There are six painting sections that are as yet unclaimed.

Please be sure to check the 'notes' section when you're getting ready to go out to paint.  We have more signs announcing the ride this year; these signs we hang during painting.  The last column in the paint tab notes if and where this section hangs a sign.  The signs and string to hang them with are in the milk crate with the other supplies.

Thanks everyone,
-Ann

Hi Ann - I signed up for painting the start and end of the ride but may not have time to get to it till the 31st... and will for sure be able to do it that day.
The notes on the spread sheet disappeared and would like further coaching to make sure I get it right.
Happy to hang signs that day as well and cover any details that need handling.
I'm kind of occupied with a presentation that I have to give at the Mental Health Center of Denver's Annual conference on the 30th... lot's of people who are part of the presentation haven't been keeping their agreements so it's crunch time for me.
See you soon and call any time... evenings late seem to be best
Ken

Hi Ken,

so did you mean to sign up for painting the start and end of the 360?
Cause no one's signed up to hang signs for that, but Kathy did sign up
to paint it. If you want to paint the start and end of the 180 that's
awesome, but they're not near each other...

You can just tell me the exact start & end description of the section
you want and I'll put you in the spreadsheet. Will you want to pick up
stencils on the 30th? No one may be at the shop until noon on the 31st.

thanks so much,
-Ann

Hi Ann,
please just tell me specifically what you need that I can do on the 31st... I can spend quite a bit of time on that day and likely not before then.
I don't follow the spread sheets and my computer is not working well so had to get a new one and switched to my first sortee into MacBook World but haven't had time to even learn the most basic stuff that is second nature for me on PC laptops.
Thanks, Ken

I'm not comprehending the written instructions so maybe we should speak in person looking at a map  .... like we did to prepare on my first 360 over at Boulder Beer or somewhere more conveenytent.
