Reminder: we're playing today from noon-2p at
Boulder Indoor Soccer.
Games are 20 minutes long, so you can show up late or leave early (if you really must).
Bring a white shirt and dark shirt; we switch up teams between games.
Bring $7 to pay the facility.
Maybe bring cleats, a water bottle, and friends.
We're open to all adult ages, all genders, all skill levels.
For those new to indoor ultimate:
* There are only 5 people on the field for each team.
* Games are to time, not score. The clock does not stop.
* Stall count starts at *6* ("Stalling...6…7…8…9…TEN!")
* The "end zone" is the non-rectangular key at the end of the field, similar to a basketball key. You can work the disc around the sides to score.
* Game play does not stop on a score. The scoring person puts the disc on the ground, other team picks it up and plays on.
* Subs are therefore whenever you want, on-the-fly. Run to the player box and touch the wall and another teammate can come in. (Primarily try to sub when your team is on offense, so you don't run off the field and leave the person you were guarding wide-open in the end zone.)
See you in a couple hours!
