LED Bike mod workshop

Does anybody know what it would take to deck out some LED's on a bike for a possible workshop?

I do, but I am so busy until mid-June that I'm afraid that my brain might explode if I try to think about this right now!

This workshop would more than likely be held after Apo when more people have less on their plate anyway;)
