Job Title : ETL-QA Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: Long term
Job Duties:
• Review the Business Requirements documents, and Design documents, to develop,
document, and execute comprehensive test cases for end-to-end testing of ETL
applications
• Develop comprehensive SQL scripts for testing execution
• Perform back-end testing of the ETL and between the source and target using
SQL queries
• Perform different types of testing such as Functional, Performance,
Regression, etc.
• Utilize Clear Quest for logging/tracking/resolving defects
• Follow Quality Assurance best practices
Mandatory Skills:
• 8 years ETL, Database/Data Warehouse testing
• 8 years SQL Scripting
• 5 years Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
• 5 years BI Technologies
• 3 years Proficiency in MS Excel
• 3 years Use of QA Best Practices
• 3 years TOAD
• 2 years Defect Tracking Tools such as Clear Quest
Desired Skills:
• 3 years Scripting languages
