The Project Manager with Subject matter expertise in Government programs
(Medicaid, Medicare) in order to help productize the platform.
This person will manage the activities of the Implementation PMO.
- Micro specialization on Medicaid and MAPD.
- Program/Project management, pre-sales and sale support helping new customers
as well as existing ones.
- Knowledge and prior experience in Enrollment, Eligibility, Claims
Adjudication, Post claim support, customer service, reconciliation in order to
service the customer and help customize to their needs.
- Product strategy and sizing in order to help and map implementations
Skills Required for the role:
Experience with Cross-Functional Project Management of software installations.
Candidates should have overseen implementations of federal health insurance
programs - specific focus on drug benefits (MAPD - Medicare Prescription Drug
- Hands-on knowledge of MA, MAPD kind of implementations in a Trizetto platform
- Business process knowledge of enrollment, CMS, eligibility, claims etc.
- Strong Business/Operations Implementation Background
