created position of Software Product Support (Tech Support Engineer).
You will be working directly with client business and operations teams
to ensure smooth running installations and ongoing system support.
Critical to the success in this role is a strong technical background,
problem solving skills and a desire to provide first class customer
service.

The Job is a multifaceted role:
• Provide single point of contact for customers with Technical issues
as part of 24x7 support team
• Triage customer issues using Tech Support ticketing system
• Handle escalation of issues to:
o Avoka Professional Services team members
o Avoka Development team (Australia based)
o Adobe Enterprise support
• Advise on hardware/software configuration at an enterprise level
• Perform remote installations for customer sites
• Work with:
HTML5 and PDF based forms
Avoka SmartForm Factory
Avoka custom application
Adobe LiveCycle
• Manage Internal IT support
o Manage Cloud based MS-Office services infrastructure
o VPN infrastructure
o New employee and Education laptop setups
o On-going support of US based employees
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 1 -5 years experience supporting Enterprise applications in vendor
or internal IT role at a large corporation/government agency is a
plus.
• Working knowledge of:
o HTML and PDF forms and XML
o Workflow systems
o Java/JavaScript based systems
o Java Application servers
o Web services
o Firewalls, DMZs and other security considerations
o Database servers
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Superior Customer communication and handling
• Corporate infrastructure maintenance ability
o Networks
o Windows PC/Laptop configuration
