Hey everybody, thanks for joining the group. Thanks to Ross Ingram
for the idea of starting the group, and for purchasing the domain
http://boulderandroid.com

First order of business is to arrange a location and time for our
first meeting. Ross and I had discussed having it on a weekday
evening perhaps a Wednesday night.

Where to meet is the next question. Some coffeeshop? Any ideas would
be appreciated.

I have some Ideas for what could be a group project. We can
collectively make a Boulder Android app and get it posted on the
market.

Again thanks for joining the group. Maybe we could each post a
quick introduction and Android mini-bio

I'm Henry Koren, http://h.kmz.me I started working with Android when
it was announced and participated in the first android developers
challenge. I'm currently using an HTC EVO 4G and working on
developing my own app, a random image viewer: http://gallery.randroid.info
I'm a web application developer at heart and work as a consultant as

Hi everyone!

As Henry said, thanks for joining the group. We hope this group will
allow tons of Android users/developers in the Boulder area a chance to
share ideas, experiences, hacks and other fun stuff.

My name is Ross Ingram. I am currently a CS student at CU Boulder. I
like to see myself as an enthusiast of Android. I own the following
Android devices: G1, Nexus One, Evo 4G, Droid, CDMA Hero and my nook.
I have built two very basic Android apps, have rooted all of my
devices, and attended Google I/O 10. For money, I am a systems admin
at a precast concrete manufacturer. Check out my home page for more
info: http://rossingram.com

We hope to make this a community event, so if you have any ideas or
suggestions let us know.

Hello,

I am Krishna Achanta. Its nice to see android groups coming up in
Colorado. Last year it was hard to even find any android developers
near by. Thank you starting this group.

I am also an android enthusiast and work on Java/android. I have also
worked on a few other technologies like C, C++, JEE, Flex, Filenet and
love learning new stuff. I currently work for Healthagen and have
developed the 'iTriage Mobile Health' app on android. I also just
started the Droid Kids meetup group for developers in and around to
meet, collaborate and exchange ideas.

Now coming to the android app that sounds good. I am also interested
in coming over to Boulder and meeting fellow android developers.
Developing an app also sounds awesome. Maybe we can do something that
is useful for the people of Colorado or maybe a fun game.

Do check out the Droid Kids group and join if you are interested.

Lets maybe meet up somewhere in Boulder since this is a Boulder meetup
and see how many people turn up. We can start away even if its less
people and get this going.

Krishna.
