Meeting soon?

Hello ADAPT Coloradicals,

We have discussed for some time having a final meeting to celebrate our accomplishments, distribute our funds, and dissolve as a Chapter in Boulder. I think we have some part of bylaws to officially state (maybe). We have been paused as on this talk as Dears Julie and Lowell have been away. If I UNDERSTOOD their original timeline, we're back.

So I THINK we should meet in the coming week. At Robin's if possible bringing snacks. I think they'd be willing on the right day...

Aaron and I leave for Boston at the end of this month, so I'll be on pennies. I hope to be given a chunk of cash for action, and hope Aaron can if needed...

I suggest Tuesday or Thursday 11th or 13 or 18th or 20th at 530pm. Those are my best days, times.

Hello Boulder ADAPT Coloradicals!

We are still in Minnesota until the middle of this month.  Feel free to have the meeting without us.  I have looked at dissolving our chapter it is a process and has rules to follow.  I think we have about $800 plus dollars that can be used for the action. Is there a consensus to dissolving the group?  David wanted to wait and talk about it and I think a few other folks did too.

I am of the belief we have a consensus at the last discussion, and that we are in effect dissolved by the course of time anyway at this point... I don't want to have a dissolve or not meeting without anyone really though. Would the 18 or 20th days not be days you're here?

This was also Brought up at the recent Denver ADAPT Meeting: that is we could transfer 501C3 status to them by (I think) choosing our main officers from there, and keeping the "all ADAPT Members are board members with a vote on all important matters" language.

This could resolve a long standing issue for our siblings there, and keep ADAPT structures close and in place if there ever needed or energy and need returns to Boulder...

Either way, I'm a color leader so could use some financial  boost, if hard to be fragual in that rush...and Denver could use a hand if you do dissolve...including Aaron and I 18 siblings are going to Boston...
