Just filed our periodic report for our ADAPT group...

Just filed our periodic report for our ADAPT group. $10.00 was contributed by Julie and I to file for the State of Colorado.

I thought that we had disbanded the 501(c)3. Why are we still doing annual reports?  What happened to the money in the account?  Robin
