I have a box of "stuff" from Boulder ADAPT including bumper stickers and clocks. I would love to give them to someone who has a use for them. Robin

Hi Everyone,
I have a few thoughts on this and a prior message. First, the prior message, Re: Stuff Robin has held...I will make inquiry about a transfer to Atlantis if desired.
Second, I don't see why we need a new member meeting as worded in Brother Lowell's message and/or why we'd consider Dawn a new member. Dawn and some other members of ADAPT/NDY have done some of the work in Boulder quietly since at least August 2014, is a member
I believe in the google group here, has done work with Aaron and I in the floating period of late in Boulder with others, and more than once has been interrupted from meeting attendance by weather or tragedy to formalize that commitment. And even before that
has expressed interest in 501c3 merger if we were to stay a group or handover if not. So Dawn is an "old" member and a new member meeting doesn't reach the need to view it that way.
Now to my way of thinking, we've voted handover and dissolve, as Boulder Coloradicals ADAPT twice, with some still seeking to stay in ADAPT, with Denver. And to my understanding we voted give Denver ADAPT our remain donations and 501C3 status as option one.
Or in the event of heavy hardship in that effort, total dissolve or c3.
So it seems we do need as c3/officers meeting where we elect some officers from Denver and perhaps Name change to include them in 501C3 formally...
Does 1/29 Give enough time for that? Dawn will that work for some Denver folks to attend here or there?
Truly,
Keith
Okay, so presuming my perspective is flawed on that point, it's still a 501c3 meeting needed and maybe an officers-- right?
Can we make that meeting? I suggested 29th just to see if that fits.
