Fwd: Arapahoe Underpass Project

The City of boulder is planning a significant change to the underpass at 13th and Arapahoe. They recently invited me to visit with them at the site and talk about how proposed changes might affect people with disabilities. Melanie has pretty much captured my thoughts in her notes.

Do any of you have any thoughts about that site? The plan includes leveling out the steep grade that takes the path under the street.
