Dear Community Working Group member,

Many thanks for your participation at our June 15th meeting. We thought it was an engaging discussion and hope you all found the information shared by the project team helpful. For those of you who weren’t able to make it, please contact me or another working group member to get caught up on what we covered at the second meeting. Please also find the meeting notes attached.

If you haven’t yet hand a chance to review meeting materials, please read through the revised Purpose & Goals document and the draft Existing Conditions Report and email me any comments, edits or questions by Friday, July 8^th. I’ll compile all comments and update these guiding documents based on the group’s feedback. The files are located here: https://bouldercolorado.gov/goboulder/east-arapahoe-transportation-plan

We’ll be holding the third meeting of the working group on Wednesday, August 3rd from 5:30-8 pm. I’ll be sending out a formal meeting invitation when we have a location secured, but I just wanted to get this on everyone’s calendars.
