as we are nearing the end of this year's Boulder summer school, we are asking each one of you to provide your feedback on this year's school. Your feedback is highly appreciated and will be extremely valuable to future generations of organizers and students. As you might know, the school is funded by a generous grant of the National Science Foundation (NSF), which asks for yearly progress reports. Your feedback will be incorporated into that report in unfiltered form. So, it is quite important that everyone of you takes part in this and takes a couple of minutes to provide this feedback.

Hi all,
I wanted to fill our the feedback forms but I couldn't access.
If I identify myself with my last name, it seems to recognize me,
because my full name and unicersity appears.

Then I am asked my passcode, trX123 ( or boulder09 ) doesn't work.
Anyone with the same problem and/ or suggestions how to resolve that
problem ?
