Question about "femto" PYPI project

Hi, 

I'm trying to reach kwgoodman to see if it might be possible to take over the "femto" project name in PyPI. I'm releasing a finite element method (FEM) library by the same name and was hoping to distribute it on PyPI. It looks like the existing femto project hasn't seen a new release in almost a decade and it appears that Bottleneck has superseded it in terms of functionality and support.
