Veggie Service Tuesday 14th July. Time to submit orders extended!

Hallo Dear Friends 

Thank you to those who ordered from the Veggie Service this week or came to our monthly Farmer's Market at BSPCA Animal Shelter despite the cold weather (actually it was quite warm in the afternoon!). Going back to the Veggie Service I realise that many of you are very busy on a Monday so I am extending the time for ordering and payment from 3pm to 9pm!

Next weekend is our Winter Open Farm and Pottery Event and every season brings its own magic! Come and see our winter veggies grown organically and recycling/upcycling in action at our farm and Rika’s pottery studio! Please see the attached poster and map, and contact me on Whatsapp 71726027 to get the pin location and further information.

I have had a lot of requests to run the Farmhouse Flavours Preservation Classes again so please see the dates in the schedule below. The poster and further information will hopefully be ready for the next newsletter and then I will open the bookings. In the meantime you can just let me know that I should put your name on the list.

Schedule for July and August so far:

Saturday 11th July - Winter Women's Circle, 8.00am to 1.00pm (see attached poster) 

Saturday 18th July - Winter Open Farm and Pottery Event, 11am to 4pm (see attached poster)

Saturday 25th July - Winter Market at The Patio, 10am to 3pm. (see attached poster)

Saturday 1st August – Farmer's Market at BSPCA Animal Shelter, 10am to 3pm 

Saturday 15th & 22nd August - Preservation Classes at Kingfisher Farm

The Veggie Service collection at REWA is on Tuesday 14th July. Please could I have your orders and the payment to me by Monday, 13th July, 9pm.

Fair Veggies & Herbs

Baby coloured spinach - P25 for 300g bag

Pak Choy- 2 pack for P20

30g bag herbs at P10 each: mint, parsley, wild rocket 

Few Veggies & Herbs

Rainbow spinach - P20 bunch

Mixed lettuce - P25 for 250g bag

Mixed mangetout peas - P20 for 100g bag

Large red radish - P15 bunch

30g bag herbs at P10 each :

pineapple mint and oregano 

Preserves: 

Spicy Pineapple Chutney - P60 each

Spicy Paw Paw Chutney - P60 each

Grapefruit and Ginger Marmalade - P60 each

Tropical Jam - medium jar at P60 each

Tomato Chilli Relish - P70 each

Citrus Slices - P10 a pack

Bakes:

High Fibre Rusks - P50 for 350g pack

Organic Seeds:

English Pumpkin, Rainbow Spinach, Sunflower, Flat Leaf Parsley, Coriander and Basil - P15 a packet. Asparagus - P20 a packet.
