Happy Easter Friday! Hope you are having a lovely chilled day. Thank you to those who came to our monthly market last Saturday at BSPCA. There is a lot going on in the next few weeks, including our Open Farm and Pottery Event on Saturday 26th April, so please check the schedule below

Tomorrow we will be at a new venue for our Easter market. In case you don't know where The Patio is situated here are the directions:

We are in Extension 4, plot 421 (The old Caravella Portuguese restaurant) From Main mall/City Council robots drive straight heading towards CID, take the first turn on your left, turn right ( at the 3 way ) immediate left and we are at the end of the street

Thursday 1st May: Start of online course: Building Resilience, Growing Happiness - A Hero's Journey 
Saturday 3rd May: Monthly Farmer’s Market at BSCPA Animal Shelter, 10am to 3pm
Saturday 10th May: Raise Your Vibration Retreat at the Kleynhans Home in Sentlhane (see attached poster)
Saturday 17th May: Advanced Grow your Own Organic Vegetables and Herbs Workshop (see attached poster)

Veggie Service

Due to the holiday, the Veggie Service this week is on Wednesday 23rd April. Please could I have your orders for REWA and the payment to me by Tuesday, 22nd April, 3pm. If you are new to this service please contact me on Whatsapp - 71726027 and I will send you the procedure for using this service. The procedure is also pinned to our Whatsapp group and it gives directions to REWA as well as the collection times so please read. Thank you.

So what do I have available right now? We still have a few beautiful whole iceberg lettuce, plenty baby coloured spinach and lots of herbs. Here is the full list and prices:

Mixed green lettuce - P25 for a 300g bag

Baby coloured spinach - P20 for a 250g bag

Egg plant - P25 for 600g bag

Spring onions - P10 per bunch 

Whole English pumpkins - price according to weight

Slices of English pumpkin - price according to weight 

30g bag herbs: wild rocket, coriander, mint, fennel leaves or garlic chives - P10 each

Barbara butternut - price according to weight (market only)

Carrots with leaves - P20 bunch (market only)

Baby black palm kale - P20 for 150g bag (1 per person)

30g bag herbs: pineapple mint, plain chives, bay leaves - P10 each
