997 not generating for x12 850005010

Hi All,

I have a confirmrule for generating 997s for incoming 4010 that works but I made another one for new 850s coming through that are 5010 and it doesnt seem like the rule runs.  I dont even see an error popping up that there was an issue.  I made sure the grammar exists for the 997005010 and the 850005010 translates just fine just not triggering the 997 rule.

I was able to get it to generate after messing with the confirmrule, but its still generating a 4010.  I saw an old post in 2012 that it always generated a 4010 and was hardcoded, is it possible with bots 3.1+ to have it generate a 997 5010?
