Looking fro CSV to EDI Translator

Hello, I am looking for something simple to translate from a CSV or excel file to EDI

Is this capable of doing this?  And additionally does anyone have experience in doing so that can point me in the right direction?

Per my customers specs

what you want is what bots was made for...

there are plugins with predefined edi setups in the downloads on sourceforge.

eg a translation from xml to x12, and a plugin that show how to handle csv files.

should be enough to get a good start.
