Never mind, I was able to piece it together using a couple of examples from the wiki. Thanks for the wiki!

Hi Steve,
Glad you figured it out. Let us know if you can think of any
improvements to the wiki or anything not explained properly. I just
realised there is nothing in the wiki about "botskey" so I will add a
page to explain that (usage, how to set etc.)

Kind Regards,
Mike

Mike,

I appreciate the wiki. I was able to piece it together from
several of the examples. And I dug around and figured out the
'botskey'. The one example using 'frompartner' didn't work for me
though until I used 'ta.frompartner'. I'm still new to python so I'm
sure there are some things I just need to learn. Once I got the script
in usersys/communicationscripts it was no problem (other than syntax
errors - ha).

The only question I would have has to do with the db and duplicate
entries. Occassionaly, we need to resend an 856 and if the the name is
something like partnername+bol#, I was afraid the db would give me an
error about a unique key violation so I changed it to be
partnername+bol#+filename. Hopefully, that will work.

there is no constraint for 'botskey' in the database.
