Duplicate job not added

hello all,

whenever i try  to run(new) from UI ,it does not get processed and i just see this in the logs

how to resolve this?

webserver.log

220206 15:24:37 INFO     : OK, job is added to queue

jobsqueue.log

20220206 02:25:00 INFO     : Duplicate job not added: ['bots-engine.py --new']
20220206 02:30:00 INFO     : Duplicate job not added: ['bots-engine.py --automaticretrycommunication']
20220206 02:35:00 INFO     : Duplicate job not added: ['bots-engine.py --new']
20220206 02:45:00 INFO     : Duplicate job not added: ['bots-engine.py --new']

BUT if i run manually from /usr/local/bin/python bots-engine.py ROUTE1

it works fine..

duplicate jobs should not get added.
