System appears working but no printing takes place

Hello All,
I am having some slight issues getting Botqueue to work. I have a two Lulzbot Taz 5s and three Lulzbot mini printers connected to a Raspi that is running Bumblebee. I have loaded jobs (both stl and gcode) into the Que. The system takes the job from the Que and passes it to the Bot. For some reason, the job goes straight to complete without the printer actually completing the job. I have checked that I have the right baud rates and settings. I am stuck on how to troubleshoot this problem. I can provide more details if needed. Has anyone experienced this issue or know what I could try to do to troubleshoot it?
