For any of you that have been following my progress recently on my 0.5X-dev branch, you'll see that I'm continuing work on BotQueue.

I'm currently fixing a few things before working on generic engine support. This means no more slic3r specific stuff, and you can use any engine that has a command line interface.

I made this topic for the few of you who have set up your own servers based off of that branch. In the upgrade folder, there is an apply_patches.sh program. Every time you pull changes from github, you should run that program. Simply put, this applies patches to the mysql database in incremental steps. This makes it much easier to keep track of. Also, createdb.sql in the install directory already has these patches applied, so any new installation shouldn't need patches applied to it.

This also means that all of your data will be perfectly preserved with any update.

As always, please report any bugs to github and/or here. Any ideas or suggestions are also welcome in this group.

Thank you,

Justin Nesselrotte

sounds good.

When you push the new stuff I will keep House4hack's botqueue current.

Thanks,
