I have installed and reinstalled raspian, noobs etc as well as followed the directions on botqueues website for getting bumblebee installed and running to no avail.
IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/bumblebee/info.log' any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install it using sudo?

Honestly, BotQueue isn't in active development right now due to some life issues that I'm still working to resolve. Really you should run it inside a virtual environment but the documentation doesn't go over that sadly. I don't even know what parts of the site work or don't because I just haven't been able to develop on it. I'm very sorry about that n

I really appreciate your response, is there an environment you might recommend?

For now, and it's sad for me to suggest this, I would suggest using something like octoprint.

Yep. I'm getting back off my bum and doing what's going to equate to a full re-design and release. The release won't be soon, but we'll see how quickly I can make progress on it. I'll be doing limited support on the existing version and instead putting what limited time I have available into working on the better version. It's going to be interesting to see how I can migrate data over and even if that's possible, since the way data is organized and kept is proving to be very different. We shall see.

I'm presuming you got an email from the mailer? I just fixed that and sorta fixed the SSL manually, but I think auto-renewal is still broken. I have a reminder for October 13th to check it again since it'll expire around then.
