boto mws credentials and endpoint

Hello, I have just stumbled upon the boto library for the Amazon mws api. I wanted to connect to the amazon service using the boto connection. I think that we need to specify an endpoint url(for a country) that we want to connect to. I am finding it difficult as to where do we need to specify such an endpoint. Also do I need to save my mws credentials in a .boto file or I can connect to the mws for every call I make.

I am new to Amazon mws.
