I am using boto-2.38, and trying set up boto to do MTurk experiments.
Simple get_account_balance  is returning this.

<GetAccountBalanceResponse>
  <OperationRequest>
  <RequestId>46fc78ba-8a6a-4db2-b238-417951b9c076</RequestId>
  <Errors>
     <Error>
        <Code>AWS.NotAuthorized</Code>
        <Message>The identity contained in the request is not authorized to use this AWSAccessKeyId (1443134930721)</Message>
      </Error>
    </Errors>
</OperationRequest>
</GetAccountBalanceResponse>

I checked several places, could not find any solution.
This is the code that I am using, (obviously replaced all the required id and keys).

I can do everything fro web ui, but cli is not working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Install ntp.

inaccurate clock is very common issue with access keys/api.
