boto.lookup removed

Was there any reason that boto.lookup was removed in this commit: https://github.com/boto/boto/commit/66863ea221a9762c3ead4008e19f7dae4b5a94d0#boto/__init__.py

It seems like a very useful feature, one that I at least have been using, and I don't see any notice that it was going to be removed. The commit message doesn't suggest anything that this was being done intentionally, so I'm not sure if this was an accident or on purpose, but it's certainly a big change.

I didn't remove it accidentally but I also didn't give it much thought.  It seemed like one of those remnants of code that has been there forever but that no one was actually using.  Obviously, I was wrong 8^)

We can definitely put it back in.

I actually found it from some reference code I think Mitch used a while ago, I thought it was new 8^)
