Ihave several epic hero tokens saved from a couple months. The software only shows available tokens to spend these on the standard epic hero pull and not the current knights avalon event. The only way for me to summon via the special event is to use 300 gems.

I already have from all Seasonal key heroes except Hissan and 5* heroes.

So I would probably try couple of pull in Sand Empire to get Hissan.

And the rest I plan for xMas. Exceptional if I want to try to get HOTM.

I have recently built two Epic Buildings (I only made it to the Bronze/Turtle Level with each) and I have been receiving one bronze token/gear each day from each of the two Epic Buildings until yesterday. The Bronze Token/Gears are floating above the two Epic Buildings as before, but when I click on them to collect them (as before) I receive the following message: Use Speed Up Tokens in Your Commercial Buildings.

The only thing that has recently changed was that I received and accepted a Mission for "Epic City." There are three requirements: Build Department of Epic Projects, (I am checked here), Build Epic Buildings (I am at 2/5), Produce Llama Speed Up Tokens (I have earned 0/10 since I accepted the Mission, since the tokens are not retrievable).

I received an official response saying you cannot have more than 5 each of the tokens at a time. Check your factory info and use up tokens to speed up. Then you can you can click and retrieve more of your floaters. Worked for me.

I have 4 cheetah (gold) buildings and i've been collecting from them daily. I somehow ended up with 8 gold tokens and it won't let me collect more from my buildings. I used 2 tokens just now, and it still won't let me collect, so I guess I have to drop below 5 like the others have mentioned.

I think that the problem here is a conflict between epic building itself and the epic city mission. I got exact same problem with two epic buildings gold which stopped produced "floaters" when I accepted london and paris epic city chalenges (note pad icon). I still can't finish paris epic challenge cos I don't have enough keys and space to build the eiffel tower. I today sent a request for help from the support. Will see what they can do and will post answer asap.

If you have less than 5 tokens for any color you can collect the tokens, but 5 or more you can't collect them until you use them up.

As you get higher into the game you receive tokens as prizes in war, challenges etc and it's not uncommon to have LOTS of tokens! Currently I have about 25 of each color of token..I use them for speed ups when I need lots of items made or especially when doing Mayors Challenge for long production items or when I'm in a hurry!

I'm Level 32, compete in war and the Mayors Challenge. I use my tokens often and win probably more than I use. I have many buildings that put out gold, silver and bronze tokens but I have not collected any in months now because I can't!

It's good to have the buildings that have the tokens for you to use and if you can dedicate the time to get silver or gold tokens that's even better. Bronze are ok but really, they only speed up production by half vs 4x or 12x speed with silver and gold.

Hope that helps!

I've been hosting a Steam/Epic crossplay server for a few months. Everything has always worked perfectly with Steam, but we've always had problems with Epic (in particular, this server is never listed in the in-game server list in the Epic client). Since the server restarted a few weeks ago for 325.17, Epic users have not been able to connect. They get a "Connection Failure - Invalid Authentication Token" error followed by the usual "Lost/timedout" message.

My dedicated server was running on Windows. I tried everything I could think of to get it working again, all the usual ports are open (game, query, rcon), etc. Nothing worked. Then I re-imaged my system and switched to the Linux dedicated server. Everything works perfectly with the Linux version. Same hardware, same network. All my players can connect and the server even shows up in the Epic games list now.

Anyone else having connection problems between the Windows version of the dedicated server and Epic clients? I've always found the Linux version of the server to be more reliable for Epic/crossplay for whatever reason. Obviously my experience isn't universal since some major hosting providers are using Windows. But I've also seen a couple other clusters having the "Invalid Authentication Token" issue since 325.17. It would be nice to at least have an explanation for what exactly this error means so I have a better idea what needs to be addressed.

I'd rather use a Windows server so I can use ArkAPI-based plugins (especially nice with no mods on Epic). The issue seems hit or miss depending on server provider. Maybe it's a network config issue that I can't do anything about. Any thoughts on how I can get this working again?

Hi, I have the same problem. From some version, Epic players cannot connect, the same error message: invalid authentication token. The server also does not appear in the list. I try in vain to find a solution --I use a translator, excuse my mistakes ---

I have ARK dedicated servers running on two systems. When the systems run Linux, everything is perfect for Steam and Epic players. When I run the Windows ARK servers (for the sake of using ARK API plugins), the servers never show up in the Epic in-game server list. I have solved this by running a third system with Linux just to host a set of "gateway" servers. I have the gateway servers' -multihome IPs set to a local IP address and their -PublicIPForEpic points to one of my actual servers on Windows. This allows Epic players to see my gateway servers in the ingame browser, but when they try to connect they get directed to the same game port at the -PublicIPForEpic address (one of the real servers). I have these gateway servers set to -exclusivejoin (with an empty whitelist) and -epiconly.

As for the "Invalid Authentication Token", I ended up creating a custom ARK API plugin to bypass the issue. I'm not sure how tolerant WildCard is of that kind of modification, but nothing else was working.

The Phoenix Prize Pack was originally a limited time promotion available from the Dilithium Store during select periods, but are now available indefinitely as of January 2020. Those historical dates are listed below:

With the launch of Season Twenty-one: House Shattered, the free Phoenix Box event returned to coincide with the release of the new Experimental Ship Upgrade Token. During this event, players can also buy a pack of 2x Experimental Ship Upgrade Tokens with 1 Ultra Rare token. Those historical dates are listed below:

With these changes, several items were moved to different tiers of the Phoenix Redemption Store. Also, the [Phoenix Universal Tech Upgrade] received a nerf in effectiveness (38,400 TP from 51,200 TP), with all Upgrade Kits purchased before the 05/05/2022 update being converted to the now-unobtainable [Classic Phoenix Universal Tech Upgrade].

During the free event, players can also buy Experimental Ship Upgrade Tokens at every tier of prize token for 100 Rare Prize Tokens, 20 Very Rare Prize Tokens, and 5 Ultra Rare Prize Tokens respectively. The historical dates for these events are listed below:

The odds of getting these tokens is extremely low. Of course only Cryptic knows for sure, but based on forum posts and what other fleet members have reported I would estimate the odds of getting an EPIC token to be less than 1 in 1,000, and the odds of Ultra Rare something less than 1 in 300.

The good news is that they are still a good deal, even if there was no chance at all to get the ships. There are some great items in the boxes (red matter capacitor, duty officers, consoles etc), and the upgrade tokens are the most cost effective way to upgrade your gear.

Measuring just half the size of standard Magic cards (44.45 63.5mm), these tokens are perfectly compact, offering unparalleled convenience without compromising on quality. Plus, with their double-sided design, you get twice the versatility and functionality, ensuring every play is optimized for success.

Before Update 17, these tokens and their fragment counterparts were known as "Epic Dungeon Tokens" or "Token Fragments." The name change appears to have come from distinguishing their origins, as these tokens and fragments only drop from high-level Epic adventures found on the realm of Eberron (original campaign), and not the Forgotten Realms of Faerun, the setting of the Menace of the Underdark expansion, where their Epic level content does not give out these ingredients.

The mechanics of the renamed Tokens work identically to their previous incarnation. Players who possessed tokens or fragments prior to Update 17 will now see these as renamed in their inventory or storage.

Greater Tokens of the Twelve replace the "Epic Raid Token" in name. They can appear as Epic end-chest rewards from the Epic raids from Eberron: The Chronoscope, Plane of Night, Zawabi's Revenge on Epic difficulties.

Epic dungeons and raids of Eberron award special Epic Tokens/Fragments at the end of quest inside of their Epic Chest. There are several types of them and the type depends on the quest you've completed.

My Organization is looking to set up a help button in EPIC EMR to launch into ServiceNow to Create Incidents using values from epic to autofill Incident variables and perform routing to the correct support groups based on their workstation duty and logged in user ect.

One thing I haven't seem to have figured out is how to authenticate into SN through epic through some kind of SSO. Has anyone does this previously?

Any insight onto how this is achieved would be great thanks!
