The VR and HCI labs at the University of Louisiana have two NSF-funded PhD student positions available in Computer Science for research on headset-based eye tracking to improve educational VR. The work consists primarily of developing and evaluating approaches to make VR environments responsive to detected (in)attention and additionally to present gaze information to teachers to help them guide students in VR.
Candidates should have a background in Computer Science and a strong commitment to VR research. To apply, first contact Christoph W.
