GLB or GLFT

I know this is VR , but I have an AR question , Does anyone have any exerince making 3d files ini C4d for export in the GLB or GLFT format.

I am wondering if I can do animated textures. Can I project a movie file onto a 3d object and have it work as a glb file.

If anyone has any experience and could offer me some guidance I would be forever great-full.
