How to start up a company in China and how to secure the initial seed/VC investment.Time: Monday Mar 19 6:30pm – 7:30pm (EST)Introduction: 韩松1997年获清华大学计算机科学与技术系学士学位，2000年获美国University Of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign计算机科学系硕士学位。韩松2000年初至2007年7月在美国Oracle（甲骨文）公司任职七年半，历任软件工程师 (Software Engineer)，高级工程师 (Senior Engineer) 和首席工程师 (Principal Engineer)。负责无线应用服务器，空间数据库，数据安全和RFID核心技术研发。2009年韩松回国创业，创立江苏紫荆花信息科技有限公司并任总裁兼CEO。创业项目被评为2009年无锡“530”计划A类重点项目。2010年2月，韩松入选“江苏省高层次创新创业人才”，2011年获“无锡市十佳华侨华人专业人士杰出创业奖”。公司主要产品为物联网设备智能管理平台软件。目前已签约中国航天，伟世通，无锡市无线电管理站等多家行业领军企业。2010年7月，公司被认定为双软企业。2010年11月，公司被创业家评为2010年度无锡最具成长潜力黑马企业十强。2010年12月荣获创业邦杂志“2010中国年度创新成长企业100”。韩松著有多项中美专利和著作，高级工程师职称（中国）。韩松兼任无锡清华商会秘书长。

About WeiMing Venture and Practice Club
The mission of WeiMing Venture and Practice Club is to connect young entrepreneurs and nurture start-up ideas through brainstorm discussions and critical feedbacks. About China Entrepreneurship Club (CEC) :
China Entrepreneurship Club (CEC) of Harvard Business School is a platform aims to foster effective interaction and entrepreneurial activities among students, entrepreneurs, professionals, faculties who are interested in entrepreneurial business in China. CEC holds at least biweekly sessions during academic semester. Sessions will take the form of lecture, pivoting, discussion and group dinner. Each session covers one or more topics confronted by entrepreneurs in different industry at different stages of their start-ups.
