Hello everybody,

Since there has been no activity in the group posts,
and its not completely clear to me why this group has come about,

So i thought it would be nice to greet all members in a go,
and say hello!

As for myself and if you all may create images about me,
you could do so by calling me Nikhil who was born in India,
but has been traveling to boston for last four years.

I am personally interested to meet all of you in person
and talk, about matters that we all must be dealing with in our daily
livings,

Why Krishanmurti?
The words used seem most appropriate to me; as close as one could get
in order
to obtain a good communication and realize relationships.
And to be interested in the work left behind by a man such as
Krishnamurti brings about hope
that there is a serious interest in learning for those who have
listened.

And so,
I realize i am not a loner in the messy lives of humans,
that we all have lead, and would surely learn a lot by looking at
ourselves through
one another.

With regards,
Nikhil Mawkin

Hello All,

Thanks for the introduction, Nikhil!

To answer your question: I created the Google group because I have
been listed as a contact person for the Boston/Cambridge area on the
KFA website for a few years. I receive inquiries periodically, but no
regular group has gotten off the ground yet (partly my fault for not
taking more initiative!). As it turns out, I will be moving out of
state in the coming months, so I wanted to create the group to connect
those who are interested in Krishnamurti in the Boston area to one
another.

If anyone would like to take the initiative to create a dialogue group
or other activity, you may do so through this Google group - it is a
public group and yours to use as you wish.

Best wishes,
Suzanne

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for setting-up the group Suzanne, especially given that you are
moving out of state soon. Nice to 'meet' you Nikhil! I too would be
interested in meeting-up with people who have an interest in the
teachings of Krishnamurti for what I hope would be lively discussions.
I don't know Boston that well because I live in NH and only come into
town once per week for work, so perhaps someone could suggest a good
place to meet. If I had to choose a general location, I guess I'd pick
the Downtown/Financial District, simply because that is most
convenient for me....but what about everyone else?

Thanks,
Celeste
