I'm asking mostly because of the chaos of the holidays and I'm personally inclined to take a month off.

Opinions?

I'll be in town next Wednesday. If there's need for a topic, I have a toy project that I've been working on that uses a memoizing catamorphism for playing games.

Though, it could also wait for a later month if no one is going to be around.

Well, I'm going to be in town on Wednesday partly because of the holiday chaos. I'd certainly enjoy going to a meeting...

A meeting it is then.

Welcome back, even if only for a day, Ravi! =)

Sounds good to me.

Is anyone else interested in giving a talk as well?

It sounds like we'll have at least a few. I only know of 2-3 regulars who've indicated they probably won't make it.

I am a new regular but will be out of town.  :)

I got Testy working via cabal, I suppose I could talk about that. There isn't all that much to say though, and isn't much you couldn't get from googling for 10 minutes. Though my case of having test results on the file system is reasonably interesting.

Quick talks are definitely good. Not everything has to be 2 hours of random original research. =)

I'd be very interested in this topic, but I won't be around next Wednesday.
